iPod+Nike+, getting ready for the Copenhagen Marathon

I ran my last training run yesterday before the Copenhagen Marathon, the schedule said 20 km. this week and now I can look forward to 3 days of rest before Sunday where I will embark on my longest run ever.

Yes, I am on the list of participants with #7850 and it will be possible to somewhat follow me live online I am running with the pace-keeper aiming for 3 hours 30 minutes, so if I am able to follow this, you could pretend it was me.
