The space between my fist and this screen could be closing fast, I know it is not the screens fault, but OS X spaces is p*ssing me off.

Windows disappear and in general it lacks features

  • I would love to configure Spaces just to work on specific monitors. When I have a dual (or more) monitor setup I might use one for my communication like Mail, IRC etc and I want that to stay fixed.

Configuring an app to stay on all displays doesn't quite cut it since I use a terminal based IRC client.
  • I know exactly what your problem is.

This journal entry [perl.org], does however address my eminent problem.

But Apple should fix Spaces anyhow.
