perlcast

[ #27486 ]

I FINALLY had time to sit down and listen to some of the podcasts on perlcast. I really enjoyed it and I can only recommend it.

This is the kind of thing I have been awaiting for a long time - you can listen to some more informative things, while sitting at your computer.

I can hear that I am a bit behind, but I hope I will be able to do this on a more regular level - I wonder if there are any other podcasts outthere which familiar interesting information.

Imagine 4 guys in a pub, from Wolverhampton and Birmingham (UK), discussing all things Linux and few more besides. And you've pretty much got LUGRadio. Since season 2 they have been doing phone interviews with notable members of the Linux community. Personally I recommend it, but then I'm biased as I know the guys, seeing as I'm a member of WolvesLUG :)

Be warned though it contains swearing.

  • Thanks for the kind words about Perlcast. I like to listen to itconversations.com, though some of the shows are not up my alley, with them producing a dozen a week, I can always find something to listen to.
