Web based CRM in Perl

[ #21481 ]
I am looking for a free, web based CRM tool, preferably written in our favorite language. I am trying to put together a shopping list. I already know that it should be able to
  • Have multiple users
  • Look at the history of a client (phone calls, e-mails, offers etc.)
  • Manage tasks on a per user basis
  • Have a supervisor who can look at the activity of the other users

Any recommendations ? If not in Perl then in another language ?

There are probably others as well.

  • It's in PHP but looks quite nice. And there is commercial support available as well. I've not used it, but I have considered installing it at $dayjob to replace Salesforce.com (which we aren't using nearly enough of it's features).
And I just read that the latest 1.5 release has an import for many competing crm apps.
