JAPH. (That's right -- I'm not Really Inexperienced any more.)

I'm not just here, I'm here [perlmonks.org], and here [javajunkies.org] too, I ramble randomly in my philosophical blog [blogspot.com] and my other blog [blogspot.com]. Soon I'll come in a convenient six-pack.

Can You Say Site Update?

[ #12781 ]
Yeah, that's right -- my site has gone from crappy to merely awkward.

It's a start. I need to have something in place that demonstrates some ability to design, even if I don't have a clear notion of what I can do next to create something database-driven. (Which is the next step -- demonstrate that I can write something database-driven.)

Anyway, reviews of the colorscheme/layout/text/etc. are welcome. (And, should I get just a little more ambitious, I'll take petdance's advice on website reviews and run a few tests on it all myself.

  • Maybe a good idea to show that you can conform to the relevant standards. There's a good validator here [w3.org]. As you'll see it has some issues with your site as it stands.
