Leader of Birmingham.pm [pm.org], CPAN author and father of 2. Spare time involves lots of Perl (see links below) and arranging meetings for Birmingham.pm (if you would like to visit us and/or give a talk, please let us know). I co-organised YAPC::Europe in 2006 and now help to support organisers with documentation and templates, and I keep an eye on CPAN Testing helping to promote it as much as I can.

If you really want to find out more, buy me a Guinness. Just don't ask the obvious ... Grep has been for 6 years and is still no closer ;)

Our New Baby

[ #34114 ]

That's David Golden, Adam Foxson and myself not Nicole and I ;)

Over the years there have been several suggestions to create a mailing list to discuss the developments of the CPAN Testing tools. When it was first created, the original CPAN Testers mailing list didn't get too much traffic and it was fairly easy to follow a discussion. However, with thousands of reports now being produced daily, any discussion gets lost in the deluge without heavy filtering in place, and even there are false positives. Adam put in a further request, and now we have a new mailing list for anyone who is interested in the toolsets, process and any such related discussions.

Welcome to the all new CPAN Testers Discuss mailing list. Sign up by sending an empty mail to cpan-testers-discuss-subscribe @ perl.org

Thanks to Robert and Ask for setting this up.

Archives are available on the web, with more info available on the CPAN Testers Wiki.
