I promised to sort this out for last month, following my presentation at YAPC::Europe, but it took a little longer to get my act together. But now, to be updated once a month, I bring you

If you notice that I haven't mapped an email address to the actual person (and PAUSE id), please let me know the correct person. There are several people who have submitted reports as Root or Charlie, which has made the mapping a little difficult.
