  • DocBook's a nice idea, but every time I try to use it, I end up with an aching ass.

  • The XSL templates are pretty good - my big mistake was not validating against a DTD, I'd made lots of incorrect assumptions about what elements could go inside what... and then was wondering why the format didn't come out right.
