problem solved: perlapp, Wx, window immediately closes

Run the .exe from a command prompt, so that you can see the error messages. If it's not finding modules, manually add them to the "Added Modules" list in perlapp.

I had to add:

Wx::DND Wx::DocView Wx::FS Wx::Grid Wx::Help Wx::Html Wx::MDI Wx::Print utf8

problem solved: GetOverlappedResult, Fast::CGI, apache error

(OS 109)The pipe has been ended. :FastCGI: comm with server "D:/cgi-bin/fcgi/test.cgi" aborted: GetOverlappedResult() failed

Ignore the GetOverlappedResult() in the apache error_log, just do >perl test.cgi to find out the real error.
