At jhi's behest, I did a test build of the latest bleadperl on Mac OS (Classic). Aside from a slight change to perl.h (which I should have sent in to bleadperl before), adding three new source files to the Makefile (numeric.c, locale.c, pp_pack.c), and three undefined symbols (which I haven't yet figured out
I pulled out the undefined symbols and have a working perl MPW tool for 5.7.2, with sockets and dynaloading working fine. No major tests on it yet (I might do it later; the test suite probably needs some porting, so I ph33r it), but it looks good so far. It builds, essentially.
