This is something I've wanted from day 2 of my Internet browsing experience.
It's nice, but I find that all the browsers that actually support it are slow, buggy and tend to crash (Galeon, Mozilla). I'm guessing it will be a new feature in IE 7.0 (whenever that comes out).

What exactly is tabbed browsing? Is it having the browser windows contained by a master window? I are confused!

  Lots [mozdev.org] of [sourceforge.net] different [mozilla.org] browsers [opera.com] are putting in tabs for browsing currently. It is all basically just MDI.

    Aha, yes. I've used Opera for a year or so now, and love that feature. I quiver in horror every time I'm forced to use a non-tabbed browser.
