the interviewer and the inventor were hanging out in front of a radio shack (the inventor likes to hang out at radio shack I guess).

The device is covered by a gazillion patents and is being marketed to various commercial and military ventures right now. I don't think there's any consumer version available.

  Hmmm, right. There is one consumer version available, but not in a very usable form. Still, I'll have to try to get one somehow... sigh.
