...it works with Sendmail only :-(

I would kill for this exact package with/for Postfix (bla bla, libmilter comments here).

  MailScanner [mailscanner.info] supports postfix with some recent patches posted on the mailing list. But for those with sendmail or exim, it makes a well-tested well-supported anti-spam anti-virus server e-mail filtering solution. (And it's written in perl and integrates with SpamAssassin.)
