If I go to http://search.cpan.org/dist/TAPx-Parser/lib/TAPx/Parser.pm [cpan.org] and scroll down to NAME, trying to find out what on earth TAP is, the link points to a CPAN search which fails. It would be nice if it pointed to http://search.cpan.org/~petdance/Test-Harness-2.64/lib/Test/Harness/TAP.pod [cpan.org]
