Indian vegetarian cooking (Score:1)

I'm still mourning the loss of Swagat, the Indian vegetarian restaurant in Woodley Park (about a mile south of me on Connecticut Avenue). And Siddhartha closed years ago. Now the only place I know to get masala dosa is in the food court at Union Station, a place I rarely visit.

Unfortunately, I think dosa is one of those things that's too much trouble (and requires too much practice) to make yourself.
