  • Massage your legs, or let somebody else do it (the Mrs, for example — lower legs are hard to reach for oneself). Knead your muscles, in particular those parts that feel a bit hard, with some massage oil or body milk. You can't get the sour feeling out completely at first, but half an hour after it's been done, they'll feel a lot better.

    Lying down with your legs up, for example upon the backside of a sofa, helps too, but not as good/fast.
