  • 1. Look up the DNS records and see if you can find a real name, address, phone number, email address, etc.

    2a. If you can afford a lawyer, sue the pants off the person.

    2b. If not, retaliate using the information you found in the DNS records. You could start by returning all bounces to the real email address of the culprit in at least triplicate. Then you can get nasty! Subscribe the person to every snail mail, email and phone solicitation list that you can find. >:)
