    To many people, lots of upgrades/releases suggest that work is being done.

    But to other people, it implies the product is unstable, i.e. they view the frequency in a negative way.

    Also, some people may be able to offer a huge amount of time, but for many of us the available time fluctuates.

    So? Well, it's common for people to offer an unrealistic amount to support up front, and then find they cannot sustain that offer.

    Such faulty offers are in fact normally but perhaps not always a symptom of a psychiatric condition, which would take a lot of effort to explain.

    Lastly, businesses are often reluctant to upgrade at all, so we don't want to target a group who are not going to respond.

    So, we need to be realistic above all else.
