Dave, If you don't need sound, maybe VNC would fit the bill? I have only used it 1-to-1, but this post implies 1-to-many works okay: http://www.realvnc.com/pipermail/vnc-list/2002-September/033645.html There's usually some port fortwarding to do on your side, but it's very simple on the client side - any web client can connect and use the applet viewer. Otherwise I would bite the bullet and fire up the windows box. It's just not a good idea to experiment with potential client demos.

  VNC was my first thought, but according to their FAQ [realvnc.com], it isn't currently available for Mac OS X.

    The next version Apple Remote Desktop is supposedly based on and compatible with the VNC protocol.

      Oh, that's cool. I did discover OSX VNC [sourceforge.net] since my last post. It works very nicely!
