    I know it sounds like a pervert niche pr0n thing but I'd be really interested in knowing what you're finding out about advanced {Java,Ecma}Script. I've used it quite a bit myself but I only ever seem to meet people that either 1) use it like pigs, thus justifying it having just about as good a reputation as Perl or 2) having seen examples of the latter code and hating it without having tried it.

    • Yes, most (if not all) Javascript I've seen on the web sucks. Either it's very simple, or very annoying. But that's the web. The project I'm working on is an intranet application.
