Check out the local Linux groups, or whatever may be around.
There might also be online calendars for tech events in your area. List your events with all of the other events.
Make cards to post on community bulletin boards, etc.
Write an evil manifesto that mentions ABE.pm and get it read on the nightly news somehow.
