What Randall did was, AFAICT, illegal. And it was not a very smart thing to do.

I have some sympathy here for Randall because I think he's a decent person who is facing a huge overreaction on the part of Intel and its lapdog, the government.

But it's hard for me to feel _too_ bad about this. There are people on death row who are probably innocent or whose trials were a joke [mumia.org] whose appeals are being turned down.

I wish Randall the best of luck in dealing with the American criminal injustice system, but l
