  • Ask's post implies that TPF is in some way related to the operation of used to be the Perl Institute website and the lists were maintained by Chip (and others, I think) on the TPI server.

    I took over the lists and the other technical things for the domain. A few years later Robert started helping me and now we help with some of the basic technical things for TPF too.
