Why go elsewhere? (Score:1)
It’s much less likely to be read there than here. The advantage of use Perl that lots of the Perl community is here, and there are lots of people (me, f.ex.) who read every post here – but read very few off-site Perl weblogs, and they are all big names.
You won’t be heard if you stray from the herd. (Yes, I’m fully aware of all the negative implications of that statement and absolutely intend them every bit as much as the positive ones.)
