    Incidentally, is septate a technical term, or a typo for separate?

    (I don't MEAN to find all these typos, really I don't! It's my upbringing! Society is to blame!)

      Yes, see that's what I meant.

      Oh who am I trying to kid. It was a typo in the spellchecker. D'oh.

      • So obviously Perl has many septate languages, of which only two are listed above. It's not unreasonable to assume the regexps are the other one.
