AFAIK, Opera and Firefox3 remember the Zoom setting for a site. For some extra settings in Firefox3 and to add this capability to Firefox2, you can also install the NoSquint extension.

Sounds like a greasemonkey [mozilla.org] script might be helpful here, you can pimp out RT and post the script for the rest of us. (my use of the word script here does not endorse or suggest that Perl is a scripting language in any way, shape, or form, some restrictions may apply, see your local Perl dealership for details)
