  Apparently, I have to press F5 to get to the menu... the problem is, I'm on a Mac, and F5 only increases the sound level...
  
  There must be a way...

    Does "fn F5" do the trick? Of course, I'm just learning the Mac myself, so I could be way off.

      Yes, that was it :-) I just found it too :-) I found it by trying everything, of course O:-)

      This always bugged me. Now I use uControl to reverse this so F5 is F5, and fn+F5 is volume up.

        The idea sure looks nice, except that uControl says it "can only be safely installed on Mac OS X 10.3.1, 10.3.2 and 10.3.3"...

        Mine is 10.3.7 :-\

          The page hasn't been updated since 10.3.3 was newest. I use uControl on the latest patchlevel'd Panther.
