  • So, just to clarify, there will be a room dedicated to the virtual track and there will be a computer hooked to a projector. The virtual presenters will log in at their assigned time and present using iChat video, Skype, etc. Is that right? Will there be a moderator at the conference site to help set things up and sort of run the session locally?

    Will the virtual presentations be evaluated in the same pool as the regular presentations or by themselves for this track only?

    • You are correct. There will be a separate room reserved for the virtual track (one day only) and there is a separate call for virtual participation that is open until May 15th. Virtual presentations are in a selection pool of their own.

      The event will be locally moderated and I suspect I will be the moderator. There will be a computer and projector present in the room.
