  • Very important to be able to do this because you can also instantiate them in a debugger session (I love "m") and run the profiler to see what's happening. All of which is much harder in situ.

    I guess it's all about creating your equivalent of the Unix philosophy - lots of small loosely coupled things that know how to talk to each other.
