A few notes on your "note to self":
- You didn't use any namespaces. When I process your document, how am I supposed to know that your <Pie> element isn't the same as my (hypothetical) <Pie>?
- The DTD is nice, but where's the XML Schema for your document? How am I supposed to access the PSVI?
- Do you have a default stylesheet for this document? How am I supposed to know how to render this in a browser? Surely you don't want the default behavior -- ignore all the tags and concatenate all of the
