I studied Computer Science at the University of Pisa and I was already working with computers when you were just a kid, but - more important - I never said anything about someone without knowing anything about him.
My CGI::Builder review is due to MY GOOD OPINION about this framework, due to the help it provides me.
Do you still think my opinions are just invented? Just take a look at the CREDIT section of the doc, and the examples distributed with the CBF.
