Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
I'd be asking alot of questions, and I wouldn't stop asking until they answered every single question.
Best case, they hire you to code the new and improved app. Worst case ... well, I can't think of one.
Or, you could start sniffing and make a ton of money. ;)
