This reminds of the classic Bloom County strip mocking fad diets where Opus talks about the ridiculous fad diets he's going to try, while Milo repeats exasperatedly "eat less, exercise more". Fad diets are still here in all the bullshit glory, 20 or so years later, but it's good to see you've found a better way ;)
