Thanks for spotting this 1.7 RTF version. And just a week or two after I made myself an offline copy of the 1.6 online version! It's interesting to note that it has, as far as I can tell, very few changes from 1.6.
I think I'll email MSDN and ask them why 1) this is a .doc in an .exe sfx instead of an .rtf download, 2) why the html version hasn't been updated yet.
(Funny how a "vendor neutral interchange format" tracks releases of Word so faithfully...)
