I'd still call it "broken" (Score:2)
If a website doesn't work for submitting comments and instead it produces weird, not to the point error messages, I'd still call it broken.
It really can't be much of a problem to build it thus that it works with Javascript disabled, in the oldschool "form submit" mode. Lacking that, it should at the very least mention (for example, as text between
noscripttags) that comments won't work with Javascript disabled.Anything less, is broken.
