Pragmatic Programmers (Score:1)

I went to their web site [pragmaticprogrammer.com] and read "Dave Thomas and Andy Hunt are recognized internationally as experts who develop high-quality software--accurate and highly flexible systems." I had two questions: how many people in each of these multiple nations recognize them as such, and what software have they written?

I could find the answer to neither.

  Dunno about software, but they did write the "Pick-Axe" book for Ruby ("Programming Ruby - The Pragmatic Programmer's Guide).
  If you want, you can ask them yourself. They're usually hanging out in comp.lang.ruby these days.
