  • Alias (http://use.perl.org/~Alias/journal/38914) is promoting Padre by offering a gazillion tons of the right beer to the best new Padre plugin.

    Why don't you do a Perl 6 one ?

    Please let me know if this would be an interesting paid project (& what you'd estimate it would take)

    • There already is a Perl 6 plug-in for Padre that is getting active development. Nice as beer is, I'd probably make a much more useful contribution by helping out with the existing plug-in rather than starting over again. That and GUI programming ain't my strong point (I'm a heavy user of GUIs and think a good IDE for Perl (5 and 6) matters, but just don't have much experience in that area). So I'm probably best putting any I time I do put in helping Padre out by improving the integration of the existing plu
