I don't get it. It doesn't show the stuff for tomorrow, but it does show some items of 2 years ago.

And a highlight of the stuff for today would be a nice touch, too.

  It's more for reminders than datebooky things. Because that's how I roll.
  Whenever I actually want to see what's upcoming (instead of now), I just open the source file.
