Multiple screens annoyances (Score:1)

I would love to configure Spaces just to work on specific monitors. When I have a dual (or more) monitor setup I might use one for my communication like Mail, IRC etc and I want that to stay fixed.

Configuring an app to stay on all displays doesn't quite cut it since I use a terminal based IRC client.
