Can I give it a shot? The module seems fairly magical, but at least I'd like to try.

  If you want to get a feel first, go right ahead, the source is on CPAN. Actually… scratch that, I’ve just pushed my stuff to GitHub [github.com]. Anyway, if you want to take a look first, check that out.
  It’s not very magical on the implementation end of things, actually.
  Let me know if you want to pick it up.
