      For the next couple of weeks I'm going to focus on a small group of foodstuffs that I believe have assisted me in the development of my spare tyre - cola, a chain of fast foodchains I got in the habit of frequenting far too often in the morning, and BLTs from my local greasy spoon.

        Finding ways to cut out sugary beverages really helped me. For example, I used to drink a lot of orange juice.
