...I'm not normally so optimistic as to assume it would do any good, but have you considered talking to the manager? Some people say it makes them feel better, or helps people understand, or something.

That reminds me I haven't had any in a week or two. (I don't mean to gloat!)
Time to hop on the orange line tonight after work and load up on sugar as I begin some coding! :-) And no, I'm not bitter that it took them so darn long to open one here in Boston... At least we have one now.
