(1) Link at bottom to http://search.cpan.org//Graphics-ColorNames/ColorNames.pm is 404, correct url would be http://search.cpan.org/~rrwo/Graphics-ColorNames-0.32/ColorNames.pm or some such?

(2) s/without hardly and more effort/without hardly any more effort/

    Grammatically, your correct usage is more orthodox.
