  • We want someone [perl.org], but I doubt you'd want to work on this side of the pond, or we could pay you enough... :-(

    Your "HAC [houseabsolute.com]" site looks very nice and clean.

    Good luck in the job hunting, I know it can be a pain!

    • Yeah, I should've mentioned that I'm not interested in moving, whether across the pond or simply to another state. I'd consider an actual full time job, but I'd really prefer consulting work.
    • But does anyone actually apply for a job where the HR department can't accept CVs by email? It's a shame, the job had looked interesting too.

      • To try and put off some of the many spammers who hit me last time we wanted someone, we didn't put an easy email option down. I know snail mail is a real pain, but it puts of the spamming agencies, and the people who clearly haven't read that the work has to be done on site in the UK.

        The job is still available, though I will be honest- we've had some interviews already, so I hope the position will be filled sooner rather than later.
