mozex + vim + vimspell (Score:1)

Or you can just install mozex [mozdev.org] and have it use Vim [vim.org] to write your posts.

And Vim [vim.org] has vimspell [vim.org], which doesn't need to be constantly accessing the web to spellcheck what you type.
