Last year was in November, so I thought I have more time for preparation.
Now it's less than 3 months away ‒ need to get a passport RSN…

    September is soon, but not too soon. I can still make it if the date is fixed shortly, I presume the situation is similar for other people from abroad who are travelling on their own costs.
    Personally speaking, this time is also prefered because mid-September falls in the time frame of university summer holidays. November is not so good.
