  • Indeed, if there is one golden thing about Debian, it's the packet manager. It's painless, reliable and intuitive.

    However, ever since I upgraded my Debian Perl to 5.8.0, this distribution has sunk a little in my estimation. They broke Term::ReadKey and Jonathan Stow did not respond to my report.

    Perhaps I should start bugging the Debian chaps...a late revenge for their compiling Perl with ithreads support.
