Out of curiosity, why include blogs already in English? It's a lot more content, but as educated_foo pointed out, that's a lot to follow.

I grabbed all the links I found on IronMan and PlanetPerl, leaving language detection to Google.
But you may use sayperl.org/!en [sayperl.org] to filter English.
