The standard autodiscovery hoopla is all there. Any contemporary browser will display a feed icon in the address bar. (If you have to do it manually, that’s Right click → Page Info → Links and looking at the alternate type links, in Firefox.)

I've always searched for the words rss/atom/feed/subscribe in web pages to find them.

Err, I didn’t mention this explicitly – if you get a feed icon in the address bar, just click it.
