I love this. Most of my friends don't even know the name. I usually cook it pilaf [wikipedia.org] -- fry the grains in olive oil with onions and spices, and add water after 1-2 mins. I sometimes break an egg or two in the grains when they're cooked. (And maybe should you try millet too.)

That Quinoa is the Colorado State Supergrain [usda.gov]!. Or at least it was in the eyes of the US Patent office until the "Inventors" let their claim expire under international pressure.

I'm off to listen to John Fogerty infringe on Fantasy, Inc.'s copyright because he sounds too much like that guy from Credence.
